About

Westover’s community is unique in that it sits on 60 acres of private, beautifully landscaped gardens surrounded by wooded wetlands. Most recently, Westover was awarded the 2010 MALTA Award for Environmental Excellence.

Phase II consists of 190 homes with a clubhouse, swimming pool, 3 tennis courts, playground, picnic area, dog park, and walking trail. Phase I consists of 90 homes with a clubhouse, swimming pool, walking trail, and common area.

The community is located in Atlanta’s best public school districts and minutes from at least 4 of Atlanta’s top private schools. Whatever your situation, lifestyle phase, or residential requirements, Westover provides a diverse group of homeowners that make living here one of Atlanta’s best condominium community choices.

Westover Plantation was designed following the classic Georgian style and constructed in the 1970s. Roofing, windows and exteriors resemble the same features from the national historic landmark mansion of the same name in Virginia. A smaller, yet similar, community of townhomes called Howell Mill Plantation was built nearby by the same firm in the 1980s.
